The mature landscaped gardens, with a tennis court, featuring an attractive copper beech at the entrance gates. Muxnaw Lodge takes it’s name from the Gaelic “Snamh an muc” – swim of the pigs. It was here where farmers would swim their pigs across the river on their way to Kenmare.
